You Don’t Have to Figure Things Out Alone

If you’re facing an unexpected pregnancy and considering parenting, it may feel like you have a thousand questions at once. Some days you might feel optimistic about what lies ahead. On other days, you might feel afraid or unsure about how you’ll manage everything. That back-and-forth is normal.

Parenting is a big step, especially when you didn’t plan to become pregnant and are still unsure about your options. However, you don’t need every answer today. We’ll provide a place to take a deep breath and evaluate what support is available.

Questions Worth Talking Through

Many women considering parenting find themselves asking things like:

  • Will I have support from my partner or family?
  • How will this affect school or work?
  • Can I afford the basics?
  • What will I do if I feel overwhelmed?
  • Where can I get help after the baby arrives?

You deserve space to talk through these concerns without feeling judged. Our advocates are here to listen and help you sort through what parenting could look like in your real life without feeling pressured by outside opinions.

Education That Builds Confidence

Pregnancy and parenthood can come with uncertain moments. That’s why Crossroads Pregnancy Resource Center offers support through our “Life Skills Parenting Program,” designed to guide you through pregnancy, baby care, and beyond.

Our online classes are offered through BrightCourse and are practical, encouraging, and easy to understand. The lessons are fun, engaging, and designed to deepen your knowledge and boost your confidence, whether you’re preparing for your first baby or starting over after years of parenting.

This program is offered at no cost with an appointment.

Material Assistance That Makes a Difference

We also provide support for women experiencing financial difficulties. During pregnancy, you can sign up for our program to receive maternity clothes and other essentials to help you prepare.

As you complete lessons, you can also earn helpful baby items through our material assistance program. Our goal is to decrease any financial stress you’re experiencing so you can focus on bonding with your baby and adjusting to this new chapter. We’re here to support and encourage you during this time.
